How did you become designer ?
Our career history are a little bit different. Naturally interested in applied art, Camille started her art studies during high school. After that, she chose « ECV Bordeaux » to become specialized in graphic design.
As for myself, I drew a lot when I was younger and I always knew I’ll be working in art. But at this moment I didn’t know what it meant to be a graphic designer and I wanted to become an artist. It’s in highschool, you know when you have to decide what you’ll be doing in the futur, that I knew I’ll become a graphic designer. It was the perfect mix between a real job and being a creative. After highschool, I chose « ECV Bordeaux » which allowed me to become specialized and I’ve been graduate with honors the 3th of November, 2017.
How would you define your vision of design, your style ?
We have the same vision of design, we definetly want to create for timeless brand. We truly think minimalism is the way to translate this durability. Our goal as graphic designer is to create a brand experience and be able to design an identity system for each medium.
For the future, what are your professional projects ?
We are both passionate about fashion. In the future, we would like to find a way to work in a mix between fashion and graphic design. And why not open our own studio. Who knows.
What do you like the most in your job ?
What we like the most in our job is definetly the first step of creation, find the right idea. Inspiration can come from everywhere, in art, poetry, cinema etc. We like the idea to be inspired by everything you see and to figure out a way to translate it through graphic design.
