Discover the interview of Alvaro Garcia Rodriguez:
How did you become designer?
I wasn’t very good at studying, since I didn’t like the subjects taught at school (like many children). My father told me to do a higher module in graphic design, which I loved. That’s where my interest in the world of design began to awaken.
How would you define your vision of design, your style?
My style is mainly focus in vector, geometric forms, iconography and illustration. I like to combine in some projects the design with the illustration to elevate the project to another level.
For the future, what are your professional projects?
At the moment im working in Design Bridge in Amsterdam and I dont have yet any big projects.
What do you like the most in your job?
The challenge that arises when carrying out any project. Knowing how to solve the need that the client has in the most appropriate and decisive way possible, and that finally that design lasts over time.
The most exciting thing is when the client is finally happy and satisfied with the result.
