How did you become designer ?
I grew up seeing my father illustrating and painting every day, at that moment I was interested in art. Over time, I began to illustrate, but I was not yet a professional. When I went to university I enrolled in the Computer Science course and at the same time I went to work as an IT in a Design studio.
In this studio I met this creative world and fell in love with design.
After a while I finished Computer Science and started studying Graphic Design.
In this course I learned the practical and theoretical tools of the profession that I always use in my projects.
Today I graduated in Graphic Design and work in a studio in Brazil as a designer and illustrator.
How would you define your vision of design, your style ?
I believe that in design we have to have the harmony of aesthetics with functionality.
When I start my projects I seek to bring these two elements together with the new trends that we have in design all the time.
I am also an illustrator and this makes it possible to do something unique for my clients, this is something that defines my style well.
For the future, what are your professional projects ?
My biggest project for the future and that is already in progress is a children’s book.
In this project I will work on editorial design and also want to be responsible for the illustrations.
What do you like the most in your job ?
What I like most about my job is to be able to create something that will impact people. When that happens the satisfaction is immense and you are sure it is making a difference.
