La Confesión is a botanical absinthe identity built around the tension between devotion and instinct.

At the centre of the packaging, a solemn nun’s praying hands transform into the forelegs of a praying mantis, creating a symbolic contrast between spiritual restraint and concealed instinct. Botanical engravings, sacred iconography and antique-gold details give the identity a ceremonial and slightly unsettling character.

Textured fibrous paper, a black wax neck wrap and an embossed Chi-Rho medallion reinforce the feeling of an aged devotional artefact, while the wider packaging system extends the concept across the bottle, rear label and presentation box.

The traditional absinthe ritual becomes part of the narrative: as chilled water transforms the clear spirit into an opalescent louche, it mirrors the central idea of La Confesión: something restrained gradually revealing a more complex and mysterious nature.
