I’m a code academy student and our homework was to create a hamsa style tile design. “Hamse” or otherwise “Pyateritsa” is a monument of Persian literature, five poems, united by the common name “Panj Ganj”, which translates from Persian as “Five Jewels”. The main work of the classic of Persian literature Nizami Ganjavi (1141-1209).
