La Casa Di Cura brewery produces a limited probiotic beers series: each of these craft beers are made with kombucha, and I imagined its health benefits illustrated in super-heroes that take their “super” probiotic powers from the primary kombucha ingredient, such as beet, saffron, green apple, helichrysum.
