**Festival Vrachon 2026: A Gaze Towards Culture**

The visual identity for Festival Vrachon 2026 turns the gaze into a participatory design system. Multiple illustrated faces express how audiences, artists, and the city experience culture from different perspectives. Applied across posters, digital communication, a 160-page stitched programme, and exhibition materials, the identity balances clarity, personality, and adaptability. A participatory campaign invited artists and visitors to create their own portraits using the central visual element, becoming part of the festival’s narrative. The project also included a special tribute to Minos Volanakis, connecting contemporary cultural experience with memory, theatre, and collective participation.
