Born from a simple and yet personal observation: the monumental soul of the Egyptian landmarks felt destined for a unified and cohesive art direction. The question was how to create it. The answer was found in Art Deco.
The Art Deco style shares a natural soul with our icons. It became the perfect visual language to unite these different landmarks into one cohesive and powerful visual language while every single artwork stands on its own.
These 3 artworks were designed to be utilized as a beautiful visual guide, a way to communicate the rich history and heritage of these places to locals and tourists alike. Drawing inspiration from Art Deco in the 1920s, each illustration was built from clean geometric compositions and paired with custom Arabic typography, creating a modern tribute to a timeless heritage.
