BasileADV - Resistenza

Cuor di Polacca cocktail.
1926 is the date in which a nun of Polish origins gave the recipe for a dessert to pastry chefs from Aversa, which was immediately appreciated in the city.“Cuor di Polacca” is the typical Aversano dessert in a cocktail version. A secret recipe that has been handed down over the years and today comes to us in a very particular bottle with a red label that recalls the shape of a church; a key placed at the top is a symbol of the “Aversa secret” until now jealously guarded.
On one side the sacred heart of Jesus, under a jigger to best pour the precious liquid.
Sacred and profane mix on the Cuor di Polacca label which gives the consumer a sense of extreme curiosity for forbidden things.
Da un lato il sacro cuore di Gesù, sotto un jigger per versare al meglio il prezioso liquido.
Sacro e profano si mixano sull’etichetta del Cuor di Polacca che restituisce al consumatore un senso di estrema curiosità per le cose proibite.
