Grow Below is a concept brand that utilises abandoned London Underground tunnels for farming urban greens. There are 80 miles of disused tunnels that can be used for agricultural space. Greens are grown hydroponically and in a controlled environment, using 70% less water than traditional farming. Utilising this neglected space will benefit the city by reducing transport emissions. The ‘zero carbon food’ by delivering to the customers by bike. The outer packaging is made from recycled cardboard and materials from local areas to help save waste.
