Brownies Semanggi was created by Mrs. Nurul Hidayati (Nurul) in order to experiment with
cooking, and Mrs. Nurul also likes to eat brownies. Mrs. Nurul choose brownies mixed with
semanggi because semanggi was Suroboyo culinary, and one of the high-ber foods. This
branding project was created for the new UKM Prima Cripsy’s product, brownies semanggi
and also fullls lecture assignments.
