The naming “I Luminari” in Italian has the same meaning of english “Luminary” (a person who sheds light on some subject or enlightens mankind; a famous intellectual) and of French “Lumière” (personne d’une grande intelligence, d’un savoir éclatant). It can be read and interpreted as a wordplay, because “I Luminari” are LED sticks that know everything about light, they are expert.
The sticks are named “Furio” (name of a powerful person), “Lumio” (a name that reminds of something lightful) , “Flora” (name of latin goddess of flowers and spring, reminds of colors) and are related to the LED technical features.
Besides naming an logo we designed also the catalogue and the display for the whole product family.
