How did you become a designer ?
I have always been drawn to visual arts, therefore becoming a designer was a natural step in my personal development. I started with photo-manipulation, next was photography and finally shifted to illustration in my first years of college. Now I am a full-time illustrator.
How would you define your vision of design, your style ?
My style is a complex mix of mid-century influence, personal experiences and the stubbornness of never growing up.
For the future, what are your professional projects ?
I am hoping to find the necessary inspiration, energy and courage to finally create a book on a subject of interest.
What do you like most in your job ?
It’s those bits of naivety and the carefree feeling that drew me into illustrating. Every time I start working on something is like a throwback to childhood.
