How did you become designer ?
When I started college I thought I was meant to be an Architect since Graphic Design was not a well known profession at the time. I decided to apply for the two courses of studies and it was then I discovered what Design was about and fell in love with the career. Today I have no regrets about my decision.
How would you define your vision of design, your style ?
In our daily work (label design) we are constantly dealing with different types of clients, be it from small businesses or huge companies. Each project has its own requirements that should be catered to with the same dedication and professionalism. This is what makes our projects so eclectic because the style is defined by the project itself.
Although it is true that having a clear idea about the concept makes the process of designing easier, I believe that what makes our designs unique is the level of subtlety and the ability to adjust the elements that make it up (typography, illustration, color management, finishes, etc.). We pay a lot of attention to detail.
For the future, what are your professional projects ?
I was thrilled to explore spirits packaging so I believe we will try to focus on this field as well.
What do you like the most in your job ?
Packaging design is an exciting job since each project allows you to thrive in a different world while getting to experience other cultures and lifestyles. Also, I enjoy teamwork very much.
