How did you become designer ?

As a child drawing and colouring always made me feel good. My family on the other hand has worked in trade for generations, and they have had many grocery stores (a place where I spent a lot of time in during my childhood). Now as we all know, in grocery stores design is everywhere, in every shampoo bottle, every juice box, every chips bag, and all the way up to the logo of the actual market. Seeing how important and determining design is for the sale of a product, I was drawn into the beautiful, yet challenging world of Graphic Design, which has brought me to where I am now.

How would you define your vision of design, your style ?

I believe that every person can be unique with their own style, and every person has a unique tone of work, just like every person has a different voice from one another. I also think that except for the actual style of design, the style of work is crucial to the completion of an idea. In other words, consistency, concentration, and following your intuition is just as important as being honest with your style. Throughout the design process I try to maintain balance between all the elements in a composition, which makes my style optimal at the moment. My aim is: Simple, concise, and organized artwork that represents the philosophy of the business.

For the future, what are your professional projects ?

I have been working as a freelance designer for over 6 years now. This year I started a company by the name of United Pixels, whose primary service is to help companies convey their idea to potential clients. The name itself explains the philosophy of the company: when pixels (creative minds) come together, they create a stronger and more clear image.

What do you like the most in your job ?

The aspect I like most about graphic design is the freedom that the profession gives to you. The possibilities are endless and the exposure, limitless. With only a pencil, an idea, and a laptop you can create an impact throughout the globe and back!
