Denmark has 173 days of cold and darkness each year. Nevertheless, Danish people belong to one of the happiest nations in the world. They know perfectly well how to celebrate every day of their life. They do not need much to feel happy. All the small things that let us enjoy the here and now are good reasons to be happy.
Hoo-ga has been inspired by the Danish hygge. The name refers to the Scandinavian philosophy of happiness and sounds like a joyful toast. It is a mulled wine with spicy and fruity flavours. Winter is a time when our curiosity and openness to the world around us becomes stifled. When it is freezing cold outside, most of us close ourselves at home and wait for the spring. Social meetings, picnics or long walks are put aside.
Hoo-ga is a good reason to take advantage of the winter weather and encourage others to spend their free time outside. Hoo-ga is a feeling of attachment to the moment and to each other. This is why it tastes best in the company of friends. Thanks to its convenient form, this warming beverage can be enjoyed outside to bring joy to our everyday experiences.
Hoo-ga is an alternative to mulled grape wine. It is opposed to winter apathy and stimulates us to discover new flavours. In its winter varieties, you can try the warming plum, spiced cherry or aromatic gooseberry. All you need to do is heat it up in the microwave, add your favourite spices and enjoy the taste of winter. Don’t forget that Hoo-ga tastes best outside.
