The fertile land of Crete, the vast light and the olive were the guidelines for this design. In place of the soil is the “Thema”. The namedecomposes and feeds the olive tree which is siplified through the special subtractive illustration of a leaf. The representation is imprinted on a white bottle indicating the purity of the product and the sun-bathed Cretan earth.
